If you already have a piece of land upon which to build, you're a step ahead! If not, we have the resources ready to help you find the perfect place to build your new home. Once your home site is established, we will walk the land with you and help you understand its characteristics as they might pertain to construction challenges or opportunities. If you haven't yet completed your home design with an architect, we will help you find the professional that is best suited to the style of home you have in mind. Each architect has his own strengths, and we will help pair you up with one that matches your unique project. We will then meet with them alongside you to help align your dreams, the land's requirements and your budget into a plan that will meet or exceed your expectations.

This is where the dreams begin to take physical form. We will begin preparing the land for construction, and you will see your new home take shape as we carefully build it step by step. Throughout this time we will be in constant contact with you, and walk you through the construction process as it proceeds.

After the final walk-through, you'll close on the property and move in. Then you can begin to build memories and enjoy the fruits of the journey that began with just your dream!
